Take "paycut". get paid in offshore stocks/shares you can cash out in tax haven banks without paying tax. Keep money abroad, so no income tax etc in the USA.

What? you really thought Tim Cook works for $1 a year?

Mr Dell is Jewish, but no one brought up his religion before you. Also, the comment you replied to you wasn't remotely political.

      So?

By comparison to Mr Bigger Yacht that You Bezos, both Mike Dell and Tim Cook are on the breadline.

Tim Cook might work for $1/year and take the rest in performance related items (with the associated SEC rules about disposal) but he has pledged to give it all away before he dies.

Lets break down the hardships he faces

    5 * 52 weeks = 260 work days , 2080 hours .

Dell took home a salary of £255,769, non-equity incentive plan compensation (NIPC) of $665,000 and $9,646 for all other compensation. This left him with a total of $930,415

    about $450 an hour

compared to $3.35m in 2020 and $$3.62m in 2019. We wept for him too.

    3,620,000 = $1750 an hr

CFO Thomas Sweet got $7.3m in total, including a base salary of $750,000, a bonus of $2.25m, stock awards of $5.24m, NIPC of $1.267m and $44,472 for all ther compensation.

    $3500 a FUCKING HOUR

    ----

These are the same sorts of people who frown on a minimal wage of .. $15 ..
