back to article China 'firmly opposes' India's new round of app bans, says it has violated trade laws

China has responded to India's new round of bans on mobile apps by attacking the reasons for the banishments. "We firmly oppose the Indian side's repeated use of 'national security' as an excuse to prohibit some Mobile APPs with Chinese background," says a brief Q&A posted to the Chinese Embassy in India's website. Hah! Pot, kettle! See how China screams when someone bans some of their products. Take a look in the mirror, China. You are complaining about exactly the same thing you are doing to Australia. Bloody hypocrites!

      Hah! Pot, kettle! (etc)

Quite so; it's a variant of "be reasonable; do it my way".

Slime does like being called out

So India calls out the slimy scum who are defacto CCP intelligence operations. The slime calling the shots does not like being called out for what they are.

    oh, the irony!

but then, it's all a dance, well-reahearsed. One side makes a step, the other side makes a step, one side kicks their "dear partner" in the shin with a friendly smile, the other party stabs them in the back and sends their commiserations. And as all big and small side players climb off to this or that side (or are dragged, screaming and protesting, but end up off the fence anyway) it all leads, slowly but surely, to an incident, or an "incident" and then a strictly localized, strictly planetised, friendly all-out nuke exchange.

And don't tell me homo sapiens is past that stage because "sapiens", because two strictly localised global-ish conflicts, because we know it pays much better to trade, than to wage a war, etc, etc.

    Wonder if

They will microwave the Indians? Again.

China really needs a good kick up the arse, but unfortunately we keep buying from them.

Perfectly true, and the longer we leave it before starting the harder it will be to achieve an equitable outcome. Eventually it will become completely impossible to contain the dragon and we - that is everyone other than the Chinese Communist Party - will have a long time to wish something had been done when the opportunity still existed.

Where's Perry Rhodan? We need a third force to upset the industrialized world and make them realize they all are dependent upon each other.

How do you say irony in Mandarin ?

So much verbal diarrhea from the country that bans Google , Facebook and dozens of English websites. And any pictures of Winnie the Pooh for good measure . Dangerous seditious cartoon bears those . Could corrupt tender Chinese youth .
