    52,000 is not that many

    Shouldn't they fix their email server systems so that they can handle 52,000 mails? An email is hardly heavyweight.

      Its pretty easy, but if it includes an attachment (Received a 5MB poorly cropped image this morning from HR sent to everyone in the business) tends to snowball especially as office sites tend to have dedicated links which can often be outperformed by home users own internet connections.

      One Tic Tac weights close to 0,5 gram, hardly a heavyweight. Now take 52000 of them as the all fall on you at once. What, you cannot eat 52000 Tic Tac a Minute? You need to fix yourself!

    Fix Outlook for Mobile

    A big part of the problem here is mobile Outlook and the increased use of mobile devices. It defaults to "Reply All". To change you have to select Reply from a dropdown, something the vast majority are too lazy to do.
