If they have time
You might have put the subjects to be discussed in reverse order there...
Oracle execs are no stranger to pressing the flesh with senior politicos in the White House and tonight, Oracle's chief techie Larry Ellison is set to break bread with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. The permatanned one - Larry rather than US President Trump - is scheduled to dine with Pompeo and 14 other senior tech heads, …
Oracle (proven to exist beyond a reasonnable doubt)
Trump (proven to exist beyond a reasonnable doubt)
Amazon Not Paying Taxes (proven to be somewhat untrue, although they DO cheat a whole lot)
Assassination (proven to have happened beyond a reasonnable doubt)
There, fixed that for you.
On the one hand, I see the assassination claim because he was a representative of a sovereign nation in a neighboring nation not directly conducting (obvious) military operations against said nation.
On the other hand, your point is well taken. His involvement with Iranian backed militias that could be taken as terrorist organizations does make him a target when outside his nation. His history of being involved in things that could be taken as war crimes if said war was ongoing also works against him.
President Cheeto Cottonhair is not great and his level of jackassery is high and that makes us want to instantly call this an assassination. It just doesn't feel quite right in this case though. Still debating.
Mike Pompeo is the Secretary of the Department of State, while the JEDI project is entirely within the U.S. Department of Defense.
This is probably a general schmoozefest between big business leaders and the administration, probably seeking some donations on the part of the administration, and some idea on the future of U.S. relations affecting business conditions with China, the EU, the UK, etc. on the part of the tech leaders.

Fixed that for you. No one knows what the future of those topics will be, not even Trump. Trump will only know when it pops into his head because he suddenly needs some attention.
I very much doubt they'll have told Trump that there's a bunch of smart, rich people coming 'round for dinner; They'll never garner any support if he barges in and starts... talking.
They'll be planning to sit him down in front of Fox News with an iphone and a big bag of cheeseburgers.
Mr. Pompeo will no doubt be seeking some donations, but with the way the US government works, I suspect Mr. Ellison will be giving orders rather than asking anything.
As George the Second said "You gotta dance with the one what brung ya".
In his case it was the oil industry, who funded his election, then wrote his energy policy.
I suspect he wants an inside track to Trump's squad of dictators (by whatever name they are called). If he could really get in the Trump fold, maybe he could get State to deny AWS and Microsoft export licenses while granting Oracle one. Flattery, vocal support, and, need we say it, money will go a long way in this administration.
