    A quick look at they are all from and it looks like the Russian government doesn't feel like helping out.

      Well, it looks as though they are being charged in Russia - maybe their 'sensitive' relationship with the US means they are not automatically deporting them to the 3rd kingdom?

    Sophisticated piece of Windows malware?

    They obviously never took the second part of the MCP cert in online fraud. The part that tells you how to extract revenue from the banking system without being traced.
