    WELP!

    The EU has said it wants to build an exascale system but hasn't contracted with any supplier, such as Atos, to build one.

    Every potential supplier has been found to have "ties to Russia" or is being "sanctioned by the Treasury Department" and so Duhrop can just sit there in the corner and be sad.
