    Seems fine to me

    Although it should not be up to a politician to tell a large (size doesn't matter, but it probably does with Tinder) tech company how to protect their customer base.

    Then again someone has to, privacy breaches seems to be the flavour of the month these days.

      He just made a request, he wasn't trying to put forth a bill or anything. So now Tinder pretty much has to do it, or risk looking foolish for getting called out by a politician over a lack of security if it later bit them in the ass!
