    Piggybacking a satellite transmission on unused ports to get data to compromised PCs.

    Somebody in that group is an evil genius.

    Packet latency even without satellites is enough to narrow within few hundred kilometers, over that engaged 2-3 satellite's triangulation, picking least packet dropping satellite from those few and which satellite moving above of those most recently fell into for connectivity circuit can pinpoint attacker, atleast the city.
