    How would we ever detect that our traffic is throttled?

    O_r _ t_a_m_p_e_r_e_d _ w_i_t_h___?

    It used to be that if you threw a few bomb-making terms into your message that several hundreds of thousands of dollars were spent fueling up the black vehicles/helos.

    Now you just need to mention Verizon, ATT, Sprint, bandwidth, throttling, neutrality, etc. and your communications are strangely interspersed with little t_a_g_s.
