    SPC won't certify arrays with Dedupe

    which is why Pure, Solidfire and XtremIO don't have SPC results. The data they use is too compressible/dedupible so those systems would report results better than they would deliver with real data.

      But it's also quite convenient, means they don't have to reveal their numbers, although much more convincing than EMC's constant excuses....oh wait they can use the above for ExtremeIO wonder if they've even realized :-)

      We'll see how willing they all are once SPC provides a dedupe compatible spec.
