    Heck, we sustain two version of the Supanova pop-culture con within 100Km of each other (6 months apart, granted).

    It's a pity that the Doctor Who merchandise has been cheaped out and cost reduced pretty badly over time... just compare the 10th and 11th Doctor Time Control TARDIS toys..
