    The bigger they get, the more unwieldy they become.

    The more jobs WE lose.

    The less customer care it brings.

    What's the difference...

    ... between a ton of sand and a ton of outsourced IT workers?

    (a) You can't load sand with a pitchfork.

    (b) The sand can be used to make something useful in the computer industry.

    This is the country that can't build anything of their own all they do is copy our stuff and do it cheaper. This is the country that still makes a car thats over 50 years old ! . They read from a script they know nothing beyond it ! , I spent over 20 minutes once working for BT explaining what a gas pipe is !. The sooner people and companies realise that they are providing poor service , crap software the better..

      You think that India, with over a billion population, is just one big script-reading call centre?

      OK. Keep your eyes and ear shut ...while companies like Tata continue to buy up all /your/ industry.

        Unfortunately not they can write code too. But how do you compete with a country that pays its programmers about 1000 pounds a year ! they're already infilitrating linkedin etc etc with their adverts poaching working from us. Having dealt with the software that they write most of the time it needs rewriting because its crap.

    Outsourcing is bad

    They will still get away with bringing in cheap staff under the Visa Scheme..
