Part of the reason for reading el reg at lunch time, (quite apart from the useful information explaining why major services from well known providers aren't working in more detail than their frontline staff have) is to laugh, groan or choke at the headlines.

    Playbook disaster - Last straw

So who was responsible for deciding that Playbook had to be tethereed to a BB phone and account? The absurdity of it all ! Otherwise, it could have saved them and the company.

They wanted to play Apple game at Apple prices without the Apple following and ecosystem.

    Wankers

    Wrong!

Tethering and "Bridging" are two different things. Bridging is an awesome idea since it uses the services and configuration already on your phone. Bridging without any other options for mail was the bad idea, especially if you don't already have a BB.

As to the Apple ecosystem, stuff it! I'll have no part of that crap.

    informative but biased

Strange that you are so quick to report on what are

Thought about to be problems at R.I.M.

Yet I never see any negative reporting about apple.

Your articles are good but I can only see negative reporting

So far. Please try reporting without an obvious attitude.

No company is perfect including apple.

R.I.M. Does have it's problems as well as other companies.

I challege you to keep me as a subscriber by reporting

Something negative about apple. I could dig up tons

Of negative things about apple. Now you try.

Otherwise I am no longer subscribing. Over many

Months I have seen nothing about negative articles

    About R.I.M.

"Yet I never see any negative reporting about apple." Um...wow. I don't think any site would want you as a subscriber, so feel free to leave. You obviously don't pay the slightest bit of attention.
