Why stop at tabs?
I’m wondering how many people will like the separate container approach so much they will eventually end up using Qubes OS.

Mozilla released Firefox 153 on Tuesday, closely followed by MZLA with Thunderbird 153 – codenamed "Meadow" for reasons that remain obscure for now. Firefox 153 is Mozilla's new Extended Support Release (ESR), so it will receive security updates until some time after the next ESR in mid-2027. We covered the highlights of what's …

Very clever, but looks very inefficient in its approach to me.
I would prefer microVMs:

And that they were diskless:

Efficiency is a fair point.
Though Qubes OS’s primary function is security not efficiency.
Those Qubes (containers) are seriously isolated from each other
From your first link…… “LXC containers start instantly, share the host kernel, and are spectacularly efficient. But they’re not isolated – a kernel exploit in one container compromises everything.”
Compromise one Qube and the rest are fine. Well, so the theory goes anyway.

I'm a strange beast and while I'm Italian, I use a US keyboard and a Denmark language, Denmark time format and day/month names and Italian numbers and currency on my Linux Mint. So dates are in the right format dd/mm/aaaa but language is English, week starts on Monday (Italian style) currency is Euro, decimal is comma, number separator is dot. And Betterbird 140 ESR works and the dates are right.

I did. I included them in the article. They are linked in this sentence:

MZLA's Thunderbird messaging client also has a new version, itself an ESR: Thunderbird 153.

It's the first one of the section on Thunderbird. I thought that would make it hard to miss.
24H later, I note that neither the FAQ not the "what's new" pages have been fixed.
