The spokesbeing did not say that he appreciated the concerns, he said that he "appreciate[d] the hell out of [them]". I play a little game with broadcast news interviews, tallying the times that perfectly ordinary things and events are said to be "incredible". Where do you go when you need a word that means "incapable of being believed"?
