    It's really sad that the canals were debunked and it turned out that there weren't any three-legged martians that built amazing cities. I suppose the last is a good thing since they could have been plotting to remove Earth due to problematic humans. Think of how much more amazing it would be if all of our fantasies weren't being knocked down all of the time.

    This sounds lo me like without NASA it isn't getting off the ground. Note that Roscosmos couldn't do it.

      With both BO and SpaceX competing for work for their huge organs, there may well be multiple new options in the next year or so. BO just launched a pair to Mars and Musk won't like being in 2nd place!
