    It's like saying "Only one customer had their devices compromised", to only find the one customer is the NHS and a million or so people are affected.

    Well this report states specifically that More than 2,000 companies trust Gainsight’s applications and AI agents.

    200 out of 2000 is 10%.

    That sounds like more than a handful to me.

    I'm guessing that Gartner's magic quadrant for 2026 is kind of going to forget Gainsight, if there's any justice to be had at Gartner (I know, I know, it's a long shot, but still).
