It's not just "who" its the fact that companies like Google and Microsoft have AI built into their email programs. I don't need to use AI to write me an email. We use Copilot at my work and you can access it in Outlook, not only that but its on 365 admin as well. It's really hard to avoid AI these day's because most companies added AI to literally every application. There's just extra security risk with it and it really isn't needed in every program.
