...that "AI", not content with ripping of artwork, providing even worse customer service, destroying the planet, burning through cash that would be better spent elsewhere, is now helping commit crime (excluding fraud commited by the snake oil peddlers).

Unlikely true, otherwise there would be videos about it.

AI is good for ripping of others ppl work, scrapping the web, text generation (SPAM) but creative work, not - need humans.

What would be point? It's in plain sight that AI is deployed by bad actors and criminals (i.e., the AI companies) to steal your data.

The point would be AI criminals stealing from the other AI criminals - think of OpenAI subject selling technology to a Chinese/other company and making billions.
