    Low risk and stable cash flows

    I'm old enough to remember the first bit barn bubble. It was low risk and stable until it suddenly wasn't and customers were negotiating with receivers to extract their equipment from shuttered sheds.

    But adding power supply uncertainty will turn it into a sure bet this time around...

      There will be plenty space once the A.I. Bubble Bursts.

      You’ll just need to find some electrical recyclers that will take all of the NVidia A100/H100’s and associated garbage with them unless it can be repurposed somehow.

        Perhaps a new biz model, post AI bubble pop, would be to create a gaming console / toaster oven eco system out of cast off A/H100's.

        ...The cooling system implies an almost infinite supply of bread or bagels that need toasting however. Hmmm.
