    Cannot understand the Cloud First government strategy. It's not like they are transforming/refactoring workloads so it'd going to be IaaS on hyperscaler which is bloody expensive!

    It's just moving one technical debt onto another.

    And at £245m that contract is going to one of the obvious System Integrators lime Capita or Cap Gem...good value?
