    It seems that the only way to get them to secure their systems (both AI and non-AI) will be to asess willful criminal negligence penalties against them; or perhaps the extreme of jailing corporate officers might be required. Can't really see that happening any time soon, though, until some country's entire government is brought to its knees by massive attacks. (Might take multiple countries experiencing such attacks, the way things are going...)
