    Me amateur opinion: HPE + Juniper N. its opossite sense to Julius CAESAR sentence : Divide at Impera " (merge ant lost). In other words, Cisco co. to gain a feble competitor, and DELL co. to lost a strong competitor. Conclusion: AMERICA IT industry LOST.
