    Context needed is that "SWATing" is done to induce patrol cops on the beat to reach for the hardware instead of a specialist team.

    Even in blue states where guns aren't allowed without extensive permitting, this happens because it's not about the danger, it's about cops wanting an excuse to hurt someone.
