That joke carries a double entendre!

Take a look at Victoria Secret's product line. They don't support the larger cup sizes without also having larger band sizes. Thus those with after-market enhancements are unlikely to find a size that fits.

Without the ability to buy bras/bikinis, would it not be... "tits out"

and, depending on size, the lack of support would result in "tits down"?

Looks like customers in UK and Ireland can still order their smalls via the net...

      At the time of writing,

https://www.victoriassecret.com has a pink background with a message...

"Valued customer, we identified and are taking steps to address a security incident. We have taken down our website and some in store services as a precaution. Our team is working around the clock to fully restore operations. We appreciate your patience during this process. In the meantime, our Victoria’s Secret and PINK stores remain open and we look forward to serving you."

      Whereas,

https://www.victoriassecret.ie and https://www.victoriassecret.co.uk appear to be functioning - but that would be because these two sites are not from the parent company, but operated by Next Retail...
