    All tech is not equal

Despite sounding like similar things, tech software -> tech hardware, it's more like if McDonald's (hamburgers) was trying to get into automobile manufacturing.

Well, hopefully that all doesn't derail the plans for the Taiwan-Powerchip and India-Tata upcoming 28nm chip/fab that's been a good year in the making (at least)!
