      The fact it took them over a month from discovery to notification ought to be enough to launch a case.

    I'll add this to the collection of free monitoring services that I have received over the past few years.

    It's really a joke at this point - I've never received even a welcome email or letter from any of the companies that supposedly have been engaged to protect me after corporate negligence. And even if I did I wouldn't trust them to do anything of value.

    In the future (when/if the US has a functioning government again) there need to be substantial ($1000 per record) fines and jail time for cost-cutting execs who enabled this.
