    The UK? Keep ploughing on with the old because we no longer have the heft of the EU behind us and so we are too small and too poor to do anything about it.

              Read the article again. Do some research on CISPE, and take note of the companies which are members and note where some of them have resources situated. It is not restricted to the EU.
