    I wonder if this includes the sort of Oracle deployment that has spectacularly failed for UK's Birmingham City Council, who have consequently been unable to file audited accounts for a year or more ...

      I’m keen to see when the new Debarment Powers in the newly Procurement Act 2023 are started to be wielded against Government IT failures and Military Procurement disasters*. They rolled it out for the Grenfell Tower report finale..

      I can’t see more deserved people that Fujitsu, Cr@pita, Oracle, Motorola and their ilk … for debarment from public contracts.
