    Really! VPN and cloud store apps are the best examples of what they can come up with as native ARM apps?

    You could just put the VPN setup details directly into the OS VPN settings and then it would have been running native arm code without any app required.

      They are specially mentioning VPN clients because that used to be one area where compatibility was broken with some odd clients.

      Standard Windows desktop is already pretty much perfectly usable on ARM, the issue with Snapdragon X for me is actually Linux compatibility.

    Someone can explain to me......

    ....why users, sitting in front of a typical GUI, need to know ANYTHING about the CPU chip behind the GUI?

    ....except perhaps when the PRICE they pay for the box might be affected!
