      Depends how "win" is defined, doesn't it? He's in the Whitehouse, he's not going to prision, his, his family and his friends' standard of living isn't going to be impacted by any trade wars, tariffs, sanctions or, indeed anything he does. If he can keep his core support focused on tariffs and immigrants they might not notice that he's playing golf while they're getting poorer.
