back to article Musk also wants to fight Microsoft in legal grudge match with OpenAI

Elon Musk has added Microsoft and the venture capitalist Reid Hoffman to the list of defendants in his long-running legal dispute with OpenAI. The ChatGPT maker called the claim "baseless and overreaching." In a fresh amended complaint with the US District Court, Northern District of California, the rocket and electric car …

    WTF?

    I have to laugh

    From the article

"Never before has a corporation gone from tax-exempt charity to a $157 billion for-profit, market-paralyzing gorgon – and in just eight years. Never before has it happened, because doing so violates almost every principle of law governing economic activity. It requires lying to donors, lying to members, lying to markets, lying to regulators, and lying to the public,"

I have to ask, how did whoever make this up, (Musk or his team) keep a straight face whilst writing it?????

Perhaps they just took their experience from Tesla and changed the name and the amount of money to suit OpenAI.

Twitter seems to be on the reverse trajectory, so perhaps Musk has already established a precedent.

Twitter has a new business model: buy advertising or the Department of Government Efficiency will take away any support you get from the government. Some businesses are already kneeling down to lick boot. I think it would be more cost effective to provoke an argument between Musk and Trump.

Elon SKUM (anagram of musk) wants that $157B all for himself because... $400B is never enough.

As the de-facto VP come Jan 20th 2025, Elon wants to carve out a large part of the USA for himself where he can rule as if it was still a time when Nelson Mandella was still a prisoner on Robin Island.

There have already been reports of African-Americans receiving 'call up' papers for 'Slave Camp'.

That is how far down the slippery slope towards fascism it already is.

      Dear Madam President,

Please challenge him to a fight.

You'll be able to knock him out with ease. Most probably though, he'll find some excuse not to accept

What does it take to move an AI? scp, pizza and beer ?

Only 66 days until "Dick Tater for a very long day...".

+ we already got Elon to leave once, we can do it again

+ Trump, as a felon, can't enter the country.

      WTF?

Re: The United States of Clownland

Really? Then someone is going to have to redefine what full raving looney is, I for one was sure he'd got to that point long ago.

Perhaps the official Reg standards need to include the Musk as such a unit? One Musk being equal to one month of Elon's AI trained Xcretiions.

The joke is such an arsehole has been elevated too into a god, while actively and repeatedly treating people like shit while laughing about it.

Musk isnt a looney he is having fun at the idiots who celebrate him for being an arsehole to themselves.
