    Is the Indian facility manufacturing the actual semiconductors? I can't find any references to it.

      not yet. It takes a long time to get stable production. I bet it is just the early stages or something reasonably simple. If not, then it is a big risk in that market unless they ship across a load of Chiness like they did when I set up some AI models in Korea and local talent was too expensive. Cheaper to fly them in, put them in hotel and they work 10 hours a day no problem. They are hungry like the wolf.
