Somebody might want to tell Sharp and Foxconn that ...

,,, the 1970s and '80s are on line one ... seems they want their fuck van back.

Granted, the TVs were a trifle smaller and usually B&W back then ... and have they found a source for proper shag carpet?

"fulfill the dream of having one more room"

That must be a purely Japanese problem. I have enough rooms in my house, I don't need to buy a mobile one.

That being said, the day we do get 100% fully secure self-driving vehicles, I would probably not mind one where I can watch something during the trip, since I won't have to pay attention to the road.

Oh, and I don't mean watch ads, Ford.

Well with all the charging stops passengers will have plenty of time to box set binge. The laugh will be people will stop being obsessed with saving 15 minutes and instead be telli;g their driver don’t arrive before the end of the film.

    Boxy vehicles

Most of the ones in Tokyo already look like that on the outside, you just don't see so many in other places (yet).

    Clearly just a designer wankfest

The front wheels are so far back you have to climb over them to get in the front seats.

"The front wheels are so far back you have to climb over them to get in the front seats."

Similar wheel placement didn't seem to hurt VW Bus sales over the decades, but otherwise I agree with your premise.
