    What's wrong with requesting data per transaction, just like banks do when using someone else's ATM?

    Given the rest of the reported processes, it seems like their developers - just like their managers - are well out of their depth, so chose the easiest solution.

      The obvious disadvantage is that it does not give you an excuse to hand over all the data to Ali. The way i interpet the article doesn't indicate their developers had a say in what data to send.

      Everybody knows that if you use some online service you automatically give them a perpetual and unalienable right to collect, store, distribute and disseminate all your personal data as they see fit.

    i have no clue how koreans were okay with using the most laggy clunky bloated slow spyware messenger app ever made. whenever i went to korea or my girl did. had to use kakao its actually the only means of communication for all koreans. i wonder if they have started exploring other options or like just use the phone companys line lol

    cant believe koreans are fine with using that bloated slow laggy crap app. everytime me or my girl goes to korea im forced to use it and it blows my mind everytime that its not replaced yet. wonder if they will now explore any other option.. maybe like use the phone providers line at least?
