    Incredible stuff

For such a forward looking company, why does your support site look like something from 2002, with the stability of an epileptic in a discotheque?

Related question - WHY do I have to spend SOOO much time on your support site anyway?

I would pay more for better support, but thankfully, I don't have to.

Supermicro quality does not justify the price charged.

The support experience makes it a bad deal.

Indeed. Supermicro products are cheaper than the big players. Perhaps there's a reason for it.

The 2002 website look wouldn't bother me if the content was good. It's just an untold number of small FAQ articles and altogether crappy documentation.

Supermicro also doesn't provide release notes for BIOS updates thru their website or via tech support when asked. WTF?!

Their Redfish implementation is buggy as hell, and the ISO mount option in BMC requires SMB 1.0 fileserver. In 2024. Unbelievable.
