Just make sure you get EVGA to testify in any of this, we've bound to get an earful of juicy details.

I'll admit that I have a very, very, very long running grudge against nvidia.

It goes all the way back to their behaviour after stealing 3DFX IP for products and then (partly due to poor management decisions) bankrupted 3DFX as they were suing them over it... they then swoop in, purchase the IP (mostly to get their hands on the SLI patents) and lie to every 3DFX customer about 'continuing to support users with driver updates' and then basically telling them to go fuck themselves.

I've never actually purchased a nvidia gpu for a PC since... and whilst I've not had the top tier gaming experience as a result... I've saved thousands over the last 20yrs or more by getting far better value for money as a result.

My general attitude to nvidia is 'go fuck yourself' and always will be. I'll never purchase one of their GPU's, I don't care if they make the fastest... their overprice products are simply down to greed and fucking over consumers... and their attitude towards gamers and consumer GPU's has also turned in to 'fuck you' we can't earn as much from you plebs who will only pay up to 3k for a GPU when we can charge 30k to the gullible AI VC techbro's

    Poor Nvidia

If the feds are starting an antitrust probe today, Nvidia might face some sort of consequence in the early to mid 2030s!
