Going to guess these two companues have 100s or 1000s of employees so why do we only hear about the two ceos ?

Is this a black thing or cast thing ? Only ceos are people everyone is not ?

Yes. The golden parachute is proof of that great Capitalism at work. This whole deal was made so that one guy could exit with margharitas at the beach forever more.

The rest are peons. It is their destiny to be used and discarded when no longer useful to The Board, and they should be thankful for having been paid up to then.

      Right, Gellar ?

    WTF?

    Fishy

So Exabeam has the name, but LogRhythm is providing the staff? Was Exabeam about to go bust? The zeroing of Exabeam stock would imply that Exabeam was insolvent at the point of acquisition.

So knowing what I do about these companies, LogRhythm was doing good. From all that I have spoken to (and it has been quite a few people since i used to work there and still ahve friends there) they were profitable. Exabeam has a better product than LogRhythm, and that is what the merger looks to be about. Exabeam was about to go under.

I think LogRhythm merged with Exabeam for the product, and Exabeam went to LogRhythm because they know how to run the company. Also, it is much easier to spell Exabeam than LogRhythm.
