Problem would never have occurred had they simply stuck a Post-It on them saying "Talk to X before moving these".

'Course, nowadays, that'd probably mean Elon'd get a free set of fuel tanks after a surprise phonecall. Method might need tweaking, going forward.

I wonder if they weren't entered because they were one-off items and there wasn't a proper LOV entry or something else didn't validate.
