    Seems a bit feeble

    How can you make such a pathetic margin selling simple *software* to your very large pool of customers?

    That takes some proper skills; guess they forgot the 'as a service' bit lumbering them with costs that scale with use and then didn't work out how to charge enough for it?

    Given the business and their market is now mature how do they propose to improve things from here?

    Meager product

    Lots of functionality, but really uninspired, confusing UI. According to those who were to configure it for us, impossible to model some of our agreed labour processes. So we had to adapt to Workday, not the tool to us. :-(
