    No it’s horseshit and - as designed/lobbied for - is kicking it into the long grass to die once a couple of high profile, but ineffectual (by design) bills passed.

    ‘Who will think of the children after all’……

    Just look at data protection, mass trawling, unconstitutional FISA etc as an example.
