Google Play page said they don't collect or share any data. Their privacy policy listed all the kinds of data they collect and the sorts of things they use them for, including sharing with other companies. My firewall (configured to block ALL traffic for that app) agreed with their privacy policy.
Hmm. Can't find that app on the play store anymore, despite still being installed on my phone. (Do they notify users when an app is delisted?) But there's one with an identical icon except with "2024" added, looks like the same program, has the same "doesn't share any data" info in the Data Safety section, links to the same privacy policy...
