    You know there's people flying into China each with like 10x H100's sewed into their trenchcoats. Good thing they don't weigh people for flights.

      Or they do, but the average Chinese citizen weight is still below the average US citizen weight even WITH those cards sewed in.

      But the metal detectors should scream. So nice idea, but in reality unlikely.

    The sanctions aren't enforceable

    From Chinese visitors to the West simply buying the products and bringing them home to unscrupulous Western resellers who risk selling in bulk at inflated prices, plenty of this cutting-edge hardware will find its way over porous borders.
