back to article FBI and friends get two more years of warrantless FISA Section 702 snooping

US lawmakers on Saturday reauthorized a contentious warrantless surveillance tool for another two years — and added a whole bunch of people and organizations to the list of those who can be compelled to spy for Uncle Sam. The Senate, by a vote of 60-34, sent the legislation to extend Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence …

It’s heartwarming to see that bipartisanship in congress isn’t completely dead.

Why has no one made a complaint to the Federal Supreme Court to get this struck down as unconstitutional???

For more important and impactful than pursuing Republican agenda of Guns, God and No Abortion.

IT must be so liberating to have such a simple view of the world.

Trump signed warrantless surveillance of Americans into law on January 19, 2018, with the reauthorization of FISA 702. Now Biden signed it. Obama did before Trump. W did before Obama.

So, all of them have supported warrantless search. But only one other also incited a riot in an attempt to overthrow the constitutional government, was derelict in his oath and duty to preserve and defend the constitution, was impeached TWICE in one term of office, lied over 30,000 times while in office, and has a huge majority of his former senior leadership actively speaking out that he should never, ever be trusted with the office of president again.

But, yeah... More fun to use cute little code phrases than just say things plain as day. I just don't have the knack, so I'll have to just respond with:

Fuck that lying, fat, fascist, ignorant, narcissistic piece of shit Trump.

A lot of these senators have dirty laundry in dark cupboards they would like to keep hidden and the 3 letter agencies know this and just the threat of them taking a peak or disclosing it, is enough for them to comply with signing off. USA is not and never was the land of the free and democracy, no western country is, they all operate in shady world of money, power grabs, secrets and lies, in Russia Putin doesn't hide this !

    I see an oportunity here..

Step One: Contract with a call farm in Dubai, Pune, the Phillipines

Step Two: Have the scammers contact your targets with the usual (You have been hacked, the IRS is afer you, Rich uncle, doesn't matter really)

Step Three: Collect all the data you want on whoever you want wherever you want in the name of tracking these international criminals down.

Yanno, it didn't seem as simple in my head as it does now, written down.

Hey, do ya'll think this would be more or less morally corrupt than protecting cocaine traffickers in order to supply guns to folks in Nicaragua? Asking for a friend.

Dear Government, can ya spell that? I think ya can. Now, go out and get one before ya get all snoopy.
