    Just wait

    For 'The Orange Cheeto' to claim that it is all his idea but the US govt won't pay for it. All that $$$ is needed to pay his legal bills and damages.

    When he gets elected in Nov, I'm sure that his cronies in congress will pass a bill to pay all his legal costs.
