    5 year rule

    There should be a five year rule that if your company is not showing a profit by year five, it deserves to die. For us not well connected plebes, we'd be lucky to stay in business for two years with no profits.

        5 year is a bit of an arbitrary number, but venture capitalism, in its current form is not something that benefits society as a whole.
