    Nobody wants to copy jenkins because the code is absolutely the worst. Build and containers are often examples of crap.

    Take Jenkins brother in arms, Maven, if you have ever written a maven plugin you will know the pain and crap that is maven. Forget scoping, everything is either a global variable or environment variable, who cares about passing values around. Jenkins is no better, now you know why github created the other abomonation tht is github actiobs.
