    Yes it does:

    Clock on the plus button on the title bar

    click new

    click "Install MacOS from the recovery partition"

    Click continue

    Select hard drive,

    Follow the instructions, and it is done in a few minutes

    The performance will not be that good, but it does work and it is not that difficult to do it.
