    OK.....I'm Confused?

    If the patents are Invalid, how can they be of low value or even (in)fringed?

    USA .... I love it !!!

    Proves once again that if you have enough money you can *avoid* justice in the US of A.

    How many times can the case be retried and the result changed !!!

    Does it not bring the Justice system into question if the result can be appealed forever !!!

    At what point is the cost of the 'never ending' appeals going to cost more than being found guilty ... or is the point to demonstrate that Intel can out spend *any* possible litigant and win by attrition.
