Given what happened with Huawei (a blame campaign with only evidence of the contrary) I am merely wondering what they are trying to deflect attention away from.
The Huawei 5G affair mainly allowed equipment to be swapped over with kit that was inferior (Huawei was years ahead - which also makes it less credible that it was merely copying tech), but more 'US friendly' (read: most likely backdoored to hell and beack because having Microsoft everywhere was clearly not enough), so I'm wondering what the aim of this effort really is.
Note, I'm no friend of China (especially not with respect to Taiwan), but I intensely dislike being lied to by hypocrites. Well, by anyone really, I'm just tired of the political BS and the holier-than-thou rubbish.
4,789 Facebook accounts ... a small portion of this network's accounts ... a further 13 accounts and seven Groups ...
So that's not even 4000, this report is Orwellian by its very definition. What's the *REAL* story here ?
Of course I know (China bashing by the CIA/NSA/Five-Eyes/NATO preemptively) but why does ElReg participate in that ? On the other hand ... considering how Julian Assange is treated here, may-be we're in usual propaganda territory.
